Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
 2 cups Butter
 2 cups Sugar
 2 tsp Vanilla
 2 Eggs
 5 cups Flour

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Cover bowl with plastic bowl and place in the fridge for an hour or so.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place Dough Between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll the cookie dough. Take the top piece of parchment paper off, dust with flour, and press in a cookie cutter.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden.
Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.
