The shell is nice and not too thick and the inside is not runny at all. Carla puts her heart and soul into her creations, and they really are delicious! She uses local products and even the crusts of her butter tarts are buttery and delish! My favourites are definitely the peanut butter and the Nutella...but she has so many great ones to choose from! I love the tarts so much that I haven't tried the cookies or brownies yet, but they are next on my list. To top it all off, she's super sweet. Always willing to stop and chat with people even though she's elbow deep in butter tarts! Not your typical thick crust. Thin and crispy and lots of delicious filling.
