What Does This Mean?

If you live in the UK (hello Linda!) you can purchase for your family in Canada and the USA.

We Ship All Across Canada + USA

In 2019, Carla's Cookie Box became FDA approved which enabled us to ship to our wonderful friends to the south, as well as across Canada.

We vacuum seal EVERYTHING we ship. It will keep your product fresh and safe upon arrival (even if it is slightly delayed). We have a bank of courier companies that we use and we use them well. Included in those are UPS, Purolator, FedEx, CanPar, DHL. When you place your order, we print it up, get it ready and place it out the next day (or the day you specify) to ensure safe and accurate shipping dates. We always try to give at least a day buffer for shipping, just in case the courier companies run into a bit of a delay, especially during peak seasons. However, we cannot control the courier companies and what happens on their end. We always email the purchaser the tracking number, so please check your junk mail, in case it slips in there.
