• Minor cracks or movement during shipping are considered cosmetic — not damage.
• Courier delays do not qualify for automatic refunds or replacements.
• Items spoiled due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for claims.
If you did not receive your order
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your order, please complete the form below. We may request courier details such as GPS scan, driver notes, or photo proof from the courier to help investigate.
Orders stolen after delivery, or shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, may not be eligible for refund, however we will assist in opening a courier investigation.
