📦 Shipping Claims Requirements
For missing items inside your package, significant damage, or spoilage concerns, please provide the requested photos in the form. Clear photos help us review claims quickly and fairly.
To begin a shipping claim, you must submit all required documentation within 48 hours of delivery. Our team reviews each submission carefully and fairly.

- A clear photo of the full contents of the package
- A photo of the packing slip
- A photo of the outer shipping box with the label visible
- A photo of the bottom panel of the box showing the printed box dimensions
Claims submitted without all required documentation, or outside the 48-hour window, will be denied without review.

Important:
- Minor cracks or movement during shipping are considered cosmetic — not damage.
- Courier delays do not qualify for automatic refunds or replacements.
- Items spoiled due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for claims.
If you did not receive your order
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your order, please complete the form below. We may request courier details such as GPS scan, driver notes, or photo proof from the courier to help investigate.
Orders stolen after delivery, or shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout,may not be eligible for refund, however we will assist in opening a courier investigation.
Packages marked Delivered may require a courier investigation before any decision is made. In some cases, a courier case number or police report may be required.
