iPhone – Safari
- Open Safari on your iPhone.
- Tap the Tabs button .
- Tap [number] Tabs or Start Page to show the Tab Groups list.
- Tap Private , then tap Done.
Android – Chrome
- On your Android phone or tablet, open Chrome .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More New Incognito tab.
- A new window appears. In the top left, check for the Incognito icon .
Mac and PC – Safari
- Open Safari.
- Select File at the top-left corner of your screen.
- Select New Private Window from the drop-down menu. A new window opens, showing Private at the top left.
Mac and PC – Incognito on Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Select the three dot icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select New Incognito window from the drop-down menu. A new window opens, usually darker colored than normal, showing Incognito at the top right.
Clear Cache & Cookies
Mobile Safari for iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)
To clear cache and cookies:- From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.
- At the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
- Confirm when prompted.
- From the home screen, tap Safari.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the Bookmarks icon.
- In the lower left, tap Clear.
- Tap Clear History.
Chrome
iPhone
- Open the menu (three dots) and select Clear browsing data.
- Select Cookies, Site Data > Clear Browsing Data.
Android
- Select Menu, then More.
- Select Settings.
- Under “Privacy settings”, select Clear cache, Clear history, or Clear all cookie data as appropriate, and then OK to accept.
Desktop
Safari for Mac
- Click the Safari menu, then Clear History…
- In the Clear field choose All History
- Click Clear History.
Safari for PC
- Click on the Settings (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of the browser..
- Click Reset Safari
- Select the items you wish to clear. (It is recommended to check all items).
- Click Reset.
Chrome
- Click the 3 dots (Mac) or exclamation point (PC) in the upper right corner of the browser.
- Hover over the More Tools option then click Clear Browsing Data…
- Choose The Beginning Of Time or lesser time frame in the “Clear the Following Items From” field.
- Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Download history, Cached images and files, Cookies and other site data).
- Click Clear Browsing Data.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can change or cancel an order within three days of your shipping day. Just drop us an email, and we will take care of it.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
I don’t need my products until next week/month, when should I order?
Order as soon as possible.
Certain items like Smash Cakes take more time to prep, so we cap those orders, especially during holidays.
Let’s schedule your date so you don’t miss out.
HOW DO I GET A COUPON CODE?
There are many ways of getting a coupon code.

HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS?
I Need Customer Help With My Extras?
For best practice, store your products in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
If you plan on saving it longer than that, then place it in an airtight container and freeze it for up to 12 weeks in a fridge freezer.
For optimal freshness and flavour, we recommend freezing any butter tarts, cookies and any of our fresh baked goods that you don’t plan to eat immediately.
When ready to eat, simply heat your baked goods in a 350℉ oven for 5 minutes until warm and gooey.
I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO...
Carla’s Cookie Box cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that we are not an allergy-free bakery.
ARE YOU NUT FREE?
We Are a Little Nutty Here
Although we have products that do not have nuts, we ARE NOT nut-free.
Our Pecan Butter Tarts will continue to be our most popular item, and we make them often; sometimes, on the days, we create products that do not have nuts in them.
Always consult your physician before purchasing Carla’s Cookie Box Products if you have an allergy.
Some of the nuts we use in our kitchen include but are not limited to pecans, walnuts, peanuts, and hazelnuts (Nutella).
We also have Tree nuts, wheat, dairy, cocoa, chocolate, soy, and other known allergies.

When you sign up for a butter tart or cookie subscription, we will charge you once for your baked goods and shipping.
You will not be charged for the subsequent months.
Subscriptions will follow once a month for 3 or 6 consecutive months.

SUMMER WEATHER ADVISORY
Butter Tarts, Cookies and other baked goods will not be packed in insulated boxes or with ice packs.
For warmer temperatures, we strongly recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information and having someone available to receive the delivery.
We’re unable to request where and when the package is delivered. If your baked goods arrive a little warm from the journey, they will still be delicious and safe to enjoy.

Upon Checkout, you will choose your SHIPPING day, NOT your DELIVERY day.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We have plenty of courier services at our disposal and you get to choose YOUR preference.
Just remember that you choose your own SHIPPING date and courier and once we ship your items, we cannot recall them or divert them to another address.

DO YOU USE SAME DAY PICK UP OR DELIVERY?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
You determine shipping at the checkout. You choose your provider and your time frame of shipping.
Typically you can expect anywhere from $11 – $24, depending on weight and location.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY PICK UP / SHIPPING DAY?
Upon Checkout (just before you add your credentials), there is a section to choose shipping or pick up.
Once you select your preference, there is a drop-down calendar to choose your pick-up/ SHIPPING date.
Please note that your shipping date IS NOT your delivery date unless you are in Toronto, Vaughan, or Brampton.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address by clicking on your account and changing it for any orders you may have there.

DO YOU HAVE PICK UP OPTIONS?
We offer a contactless pick-up option five (5) days a week.
Once you select your pick-up day and time, please check out, and you will receive a confirmation email. Check your spam; we sometimes slip in there.
You can then show up on your pick-up date and time. Your order will be waiting for you on an outdoor table, contactless.
We will also send you a pick-up reminder email with the pick-up address and instructions before your pick-up date.

HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
