- The following are our Terms & Conditions.
- All Orders must be received by 7pm EST to be processed for next day deliveries or shipments.
- To change or cancel an order, please email email@example.com. All orders must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.
- No cancellations or refunds will be granted after this time period as all products are baked fresh to order.
- Delivery persons may call recipients to meet them in the lobby or inform them that they are on their way.
- Carla’s Cookie Box is not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders or delivery delays due to causes beyond our control such as but not limited to: wrong or incomplete address, adverse weather, business closure or recipient and/or their representatives (including Condominium Concierge / Security & reception desk staff) refusal of package. However we have always done our best to ensure you get the BEST product in a timely manner.
- Delivery to a P.O. Box is not available.
- Please be patient as we are getting to everyone as quick as possible, COVID-19 has our resources limited at the moment.
- For all deliveries to a building please ensure you have someone available to pick up the product in the lobby or outside, as due to COVID-19, many concierges are not allowing food products to stay with them. We would like to ensure the safety of our drivers so we kindly ask that you meet them downstairs upon delivery.
- We Ship in Canada and United States of America.
- We cannot guarantee or refund any packages that are damaged or delayed in delivery due to the recipient not being home or conditions that are beyond our control .
- Carla’s Cookie Box reserves the right to change courier companies and/or delivery persons at its sole discretion. Please note that shipping costs and deliveries are flat fee based. If your recipient is in a very rural or remote area, shipping may take longer to deliver. We will contact you with appropriate shipping times should this situation arise.
- A Next Business Day SHIPMENT received over the weekend will be sent out Monday morning. All shipments are generally made between 9am and 7pm, however we cannot guarantee time of delivery.
- Fresh products are fragile and are therefore more likely to become damaged when shipped. Carla’s Cookie Box takes every precaution in packaging our Delicious Products however, sometimes during shipping some breakage occurs. We are not responsible for breakage.
