Ordering Details:

• A one-time artwork setup fee of $30 + tax applies for logo testing.
• Custom orders require 10-14 business days from confirmation (lead times may vary during peak holiday seasons).
• Rush Orders Available! Need cookies sooner? We offer rush orders for an additional fee, depending on availability. Contact us before placing your order to confirm timing.
• Need to cancel? Refunds are available for cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled order date. Orders canceled within a week of the event are non-refundable.

Rush Order Policy – Carla’s Cookie Box

At Carla’s Cookie Box, we understand that sometimes you need last-minute custom treats! To accommodate urgent requests, we offer rush order services for our 4-inch printed custom sugar cookies with the following conditions:

Rush Order Fees

Rush orders are subject to an additional fee based on the turnaround time:

• 24-hours – 9 business days turnaround → $3.00 per cookie

Rush Order Requirements

1. Minimum Order Size

   • Rush orders require a minimum of 24 cookies.

2. Design Approval

   • A high-quality logo file must be provided at the time of order.
   • Additional edits may result in a longer turnaround time.

3. Payment

   • Full payment is required upfront for all rush orders.

4. Pickup & Delivery

   • Pickup: Available at our Vaughan location during business hours.
   • Delivery: Express delivery may be available for an additional fee.
