Once you’ve submitted your form, a team member will review it and reply with any questions before we start.
What is Carla’s Cookie Box Dessert Fundraiser?
Carla’s Cookie Box Dessert Fundraiser is a straightforward and hassle-free fundraising initiative designed to help raise funds for your team or community entity through the sale of gourmet desserts.
By participating, you help raise funds for your community while enjoying delicious baked goods.
How does the ordering process work?
- Welcoming Letter: The Fundraising Leader sends a welcoming letter to sponsoring families, who share it with their sponsors.
- Accessing the Dessert Form: Sponsors use a unique fundraising link or a QR code to access the Dessert Fundraising Page
- Order Details: Sponsors fill out the form with their details and proceed with their order.
- Order Confirmation: To facilitate order processing, an automated email confirmation is sent to the sponsor, the Fundraising Leader, and Carla’s Cookie Box.
- Completion: After the fundraiser concludes, the link is disabled, and all orders are packaged.
How will I know when the orders are ready for pickup?
Once the orders are ready, the fundraising leader will be notified via email (approximately one week).
The leader can decide whether they or the sponsoring families will pick up the orders.
How are the funds distributed after the fundraiser?
At the end of the fundraiser:
- The Fundraising Leader and sponsoring families receive a summary of the funds raised.
- Each family receives their fundraising amount via e-transfer.
- For team or community entity fundraisers, the Fundraising Leader receives the total donations via e-transfer or cheque.
Where can I find a breakdown of potential donations for each item?
Upon request, you will receive a spreadsheet for a detailed breakdown of potential donations for each item.
Approximately 40% of the proceeds are donated back to the team.

Carla’s Cookie Box is an independent, woman-owned, family-run online bakery specializing in award-winning gourmet butter tarts, artisanal cookies, and luscious fudge brownies.
It is fully certified, licensed, and insured and focuses on corporate events and festivals.
What is the story behind Carla’s Cookie Box?
Carla started her bakery out of a love for baking and a desire to support local farmers and businesses.
She also contributes to initiatives with MADD Canada following the tragic loss of her brother, Paul Brizzi, to a drunk driver.
