Nous préparons nos desserts en petites quantités à Toronto et les expédions partout au Canada et aux États-Unis par l'intermédiaire de partenaires de messagerie de confiance, avec des tarifs d'expédition en temps réel clairement affichés au moment du paiement.

Mise à jour de l'emballage :

Nous avons choisi de cuire nos tartelettes au beurre dans des moules individuels et de les expédier ainsi afin de limiter les contacts, d'assurer une meilleure protection et une fraîcheur optimale pendant le transport. Cela permet de préserver la délicatesse de la pâte et le fondant de la garniture, de la sortie du four jusqu'à votre porte.

Au fur et à mesure de cette transition, il est possible que certaines commandes arrivent encore légèrement démoulées. Les deux versions sont préparées sur place et présentent la même taille, la même recette et la même qualité.

Petit rappel amical : la date d’expédition n’est pas la date de livraison, sauf s’il s’agit d’une livraison locale en main propre à Toronto, Vaughan ou Brampton.

Farine, beurre (lait), sucre, œufs, extrait de vanille, glaçage royal (sucre glace, poudre de meringue, shortening végétal, sirop de maïs).

Les motifs imprimés utilisent des encres colorantes alimentaires.

Cookies are delicious and a decent size! Just not sure they're worth almost $5 per cookie. I do appreciate the work that goes into making them though. Would recommend if you are buying for an event, or just to treat yourself once in awhile!

So far, I think this is my favourite tart. Not too much peanut butter but just enough to marry well with the butter tart filling. Absolutely yummy!

Amazing Tarts

The tarts were delicious! I got the cherry, turtle and raisin tarts. They weren't overly sweet, but just sweet enough. The raisins ones had so many raisins in them! Lots of filling in them too! Would recommend if you want to treat yourself as they are pretty pricey. Not sure if the price of $54 was a good price, but I do appreciate the work that goes into making them. Would recommend to give a try!

I can’t say enough about this delicious treat. They arrived at my home in a a box. They were perfect. I shared them with my family and loved seeing their faces as they bit into them.

OMG scrumptious

OMG, I bought the fatties, the regular chocolate chip cookies and the tarts and they were absolutely scrumptious.My diabetic husband who is not a big sweet eater couldn’t resist them either. Definitely worth the money and will be ordering again

Delicious tarts but shady customer service

Delicious tarts, but really poor customer service. When I emailed to say that part of my order was missing, I was presented with an impossible set of conditions to satisfy. Specifically, they demanded a photo of the package after it was opened but before it was unpacked. Seriously? How am I supposed to have that, especially when it takes a day or two to get an email in response? Nice loophole for never having to address a missing item.

The policy is provided on our packing slips and in multiple areas of our website. The requested photos are intended to be taken when the package is opened, rather than after waiting for a response from our team. They allow us to compare the contents as received with our packing and fulfillment records and properly investigate whether an item was omitted. Once an order has been completely unpacked, that verification becomes much more difficult. These requirements are applied consistently to missing-item claims and are not intended as a loophole to avoid resolving legitimate issues.

I ordered a three-month butter tart subscription from Carla’s Cookie Box as a gift and paid the full subscription amount upfront. Their website clearly states that subscriptions are paid once upfront, with no hidden fees, and that the monthly deliveries are shipped directly to your door.
I received the first month’s delivery, but nothing after that.
I have contacted Carla’s Cookie Box multiple times about the missing deliveries. Unfortunately, the responses I have received have been generic, seemingly AI-generated messages that don't actually address the problem or tell me when the products I already paid for will be shipped.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I can see the subscription/order information on their website. It shows that the second month was pending and apparently being prepared, but it was never shipped or delivered. Now the third month is showing as being scheduled as well, while I still haven't received the second delivery and have received no meaningful response from the company.
At this point, I have paid for three months and received only one.
I understand that shipping delays and mistakes can happen. What I find unacceptable is paying upfront for a subscription, not receiving what was purchased, and then being ignored when trying to resolve the issue. A generic automated response is not a solution when the specific issue is that paid-for products have not been delivered.
I’m leaving this review because I think customers should know what my experience has been before purchasing a subscription. I hope Carla’s Cookie Box addresses this and either fulfills the subscription that I paid for or provides an appropriate refund.

Not worth the money.

Almost no accountability and poor customer service. Package came over a week late and were too warm from sitting outside (waste of money paying for the cooling sleeve packaging) and frankly could not rate the butter tarts as they were past their best. Overall, not worth the money and will never buy from them again.

Worth Trying!!

I ordered both 6 pack of Butter Tarts and 6 pack of Gourmet Soft Cookies!! Carla's Cookie Box kept me informed about my order and shipping, communication was great!! Has some good deals as well and the shipping of my order came decently packed and no damage!! Little pricey for having Cookies and Tarts shipped out of Town and Order but was curious about the rave of reviews on how Delicious Carla's Tarts and Cookies were. When my tarts arrived

When my tarts arrived, I was a little worried about shipping and we live way down by Brockville Ontario. I was a little worried, but they were absolutely so fresh and so tasty and so creamy my favourite is Biscoff and turtle so delicious. Definitely gonna be ordering it again.
