TORONTO — The sister of a man killed in a crash involving a suspected impaired driver has launched a Grad/MADD t-shirt campaign for graduating students during the COVID-19 pandemic to raise money and send a message about the dangers of intoxicated behind the wheel.
Carla works diligently to ensure she is getting her baking products and her message of hope out to the public.
