Initially I was troubled about delivery delays but was more than delighted to discover that they took care of those issues promptly. Their products deserve being called excellent in taste and presentation. Being Canadian made make them yet another powerful reason for choosing to buy them.
Tarts are delicious! My whole family agreed they were the best they have ever had.
Delivery very well organized
Excellent Buttertarts and arrived in less than a week.
Ordered a box of butter tarts for Wednesday shipment, hoping to get them for Saturday. Arrived at fulfillment center Friday, where it sat all day without being delivered. Inexplicably, they chose a carrier that doesn't do weekend deliveries - so I won't get these until Monday, which isn't when I needed them.
I could understand if I lived in the middle of nowhere -- but I'm in downtown Toronto. Had they used a courier that did weekend deliveries, I would have gotten them on time.
They might be great tarts, but if they're not available when I need them, that's useless to me. Sure, I can freeze them, but if I wanted frozen tarts, there's plenty in my grocer's frozen section....for about 1/5th the price. A complete waste of time, money, and effort.
Hi Walter, I’m sorry your order didn’t arrive in time for Saturday and understand how disappointing that was. The carrier is selected by the customer at checkout, but we appreciate that the delivery timing still fell short of what you needed. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Hi Walter, we’re sorry the tarts didn’t arrive in time for Saturday and understand how disappointing that is. The carrier is selected during checkout, but we recognize that the delivery timing didn’t meet your needs. We appreciate you sharing what happened and will keep this feedback in mind.
What can we say that hasn’t already been said. The selection of flavours appeals to something for everyone. We ordered an assortment of butter tarts and they arrived in the best packaging to ensure they keep form. I took one bite of the Peanut Butter and Chocolate tart and words cannot describe how delicious it is. The balance between the different flavours is perfect. My wife tried the Toffee tart and had the exact same reaction. We have tried other butter tarts that are usually too sweet, or the texture is not right. These Butter Tarts are 10/10!!!! We highly recommend them to anyone wanting a perfectly tasting butter tart.
I absolutely enjoyed my butter tarts I would say my favourite was the peanut butter and chocolate… the Nutella was good but very sweet it needed more Nutella couldn’t taste the Nutella but still A+… I recommend a little bit more and also very highly recommend these butter tarts you won’t be disappointed.
Fantastic butter tarts. I sent them to my 95 year-old father who loved them!!!
It brought a smile to his day.
Great presentation of delivery. And very tasty butter tarts. The ones with raisen are my favorite.
Buttery and flaky. But I found them a bit to sweet. I am looking forward to trying your thick cookies!
Wow, these buttertarts are AMAZING!! The flavour & texture is perfect. Such a wonderful treat!! Thank you so much!!
The cookies are a perfect partner for a cup of coffee or tea. They are soft and have so much flavour. Self control is needed to limit myself to just one a day.
I
The fatties cookies are spectacular! And the butter tarts are their awesome selves, as usual

Easy to order and received it pretty quick.
The butter tarts was amazing good balance between crust and filling
I am sorry but they were awful. The insides were tolerable but the pastry was like eating cardboard. The flavour basically ruined the whole tart. Not enough butter or pastry. I literally tried one bite of each one of the flavors and had to throw them out. I was really looking forward to these as butteryarts are my favourite and was very disappointed.
Leah, thank you for giving our butter tarts a try. We understand you were looking forward to them, especially as butter tarts are a favourite of yours. While ours weren’t to your taste, we appreciate you sharing your honest feedback about the pastry and filling.
The tarts were really quite good. Thoughtful packaging to endure the shipping. If Carla’s products were available in-store I would likely purchase again. Otherwise, I did think it was an expensive purchase that I likely won’t make again because of the expense. They were good though!
Let’s see I started with the combination of butter tarts, which were excellent then a few selected brands then my last order and this was my third order, pecan butter tarts. I have never tasted better butter tarts ever in my whole life.
Just got my order and they are soooo good. Generous filling, great flavor, and not over priced. Will definitely be ordering again
Delicious product. Price is a little too much to have it delivered would be ideal if we had one in Winnipeg. But the variety was nice
