We set up a pop-up at the CNE to sell butter tarts. We served classic, pecan, and lower-sugar versions, learned what customers wanted, and will use that feedback at future events.

The Canadian National Exhibition isn’t just another pop-up. It’s the pop-up. With thousands of visitors passing through daily, it’s where serious snackers and sweet-toothed tourists meet. And let’s just say… they came hungry.

We brought our best— award-winning butter tarts , ooey-gooey brownies, soft cookies, and a display table that stopped people in their tracks. Our pink boxes and golden tarts became instant Instagram bait.

Family-Run, Fully Booked

We’re not a big box brand—we’re a small but mighty, woman-led, family-run bakery based in Toronto. Every tart sold at the CNE was hand-filled by us, wrapped with care, and brought on-site by our crew. We even had the kids helping out!
